The LEX Express Gaming Series
The LEX Express Gaming Series is a horse show series held at the Lindsay Exhibition grounds in Lindsay, Ontario.
Who We Are
The LEX Express Gaming Series is a competitive equestrian event held at the Lindsay Exhibition (The LEX) in Lindsay, Ontario.
Despite the name, it isn't about video games; in this context, gaming refers to western horse gaming, a discipline focused on speed, precision, and agility - including barrel racing, pole bending and more!

The Events
The series features high-energy "speed events" where riders and horses navigate patterns at full gallop. Key competitions usually include:
-
Barrel Racing: A timed event where riders circle three barrels in a cloverleaf pattern.
-
Pole Bending: A race where riders weave through a line of six poles as fast as possible.
-
Dash/Speed Events: Straight-line or patterned sprints designed to test a horse's acceleration, speed and accuracy.
Structure & Rewards
The series is typically structured as a summer-long competition leading up to a grand finale:
-
Series: Four-show series held throughout the
summer with the finale held during Horse Power
Weekend of the Lindsay Exhibition in September. -
Prizes: Riders compete for year-end points, with top performers winning prestigious Champion and Reserve Champion Buckles and other awards. Which are handed out at the year-end banquet.
