If additional forms are required, they may be obtained from the Lindsay Central Exhibition Office or downloaded and printed from the links below. All entry forms must signed by the exhibitor and forwarded to the Lindsay Central Exhibition Office on or before the closing date of entries. Entry fees (if applicable) and $5.00 exhibitor fee must accompany entry forms. For additional information and rules & regulations concerning entries, please refer to the corresponding prize lists.
