A wide variety of events are held throughout the year in the Farmers' Mutual Exhibition Building and the Grandstand. The barns are used for a number of shows from spring to fall and for storage in the winter months. Visit the Upcoming Events page frequently for a complete listing of activities and shows held on the grounds.

How to Rent

Hosting your event at THE LEX is as easy as 1-2-3

 

1. Contact us!

The process begins with a phone call or e-mail. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm. 

2. Stop by to view the facilities.

We can accommodate a variety of event types: tradeshows,^C community events, concerts, equestrian events, breed shows, auctions, demo derbies, rodeos, big dances and many more.

3. Sign a Contract

There will be a contract to sign and a required rental damage deposit. This deposit holds your date and will be returned after inspection post event.

There is an event setup charge which is based on the number of days your event requires. You choose your move-in day and time. Ground staff can be available to assist you. You have the option of having your move-out day following your event (additional charges may apply).
