How to Rent

Hosting your event at Lindsay Fairgrounds is as easy as 1-2-3

1. The process begins with a phone call or e-mail. 
   • Our office hours are Monday to Friday  9am-4pm. 
2. Stop by to view the facilities. 
   • We can accommodate a variety of event types; tradeshows, community events, concerts, equestrian events, breed shows, auctions, demo derbies, rodeos, big dances and many other types of events have been produced at the Lindsay Fairgrounds.
3. Once we agree upon on a contract.  We are fair and easy to deal with.
   • There will be a contract to sign and leave a rental damage deposit.  This deposit holds the date and will be returned after inspection post event.
   • There is an event setup charge which is based on the number of days your event requires.  You choose your move in day and time.  We can direct you to services commonly associated with event planning. (ei.: curtains, food, chairs)  Ground staff can be available to assist you.  Move out following your event can be a day at an additional charge.
