Making Entries
All entries must be made on official entry forms and include all requested information. Each exhibitor must have his/her own entry form. If additional forms are required, they may be obtained from the LEX Office or downloaded and printed from the links above. All entry forms must be signed by the exhibitor and forwarded to the LEX Office on or before the closing date of entries. Entry fees (if applicable) and the $10 exhibitor fee must accompany the entry forms. For additional information and rules & regulations concerning entries, please refer to the prize lists or contact the LEX Office.
Junior Arts Exhibitors Please Note:
Students registered in an Elementary or Secondary School in the City of Kawartha Lakes must enter exhibits through School attended. Students who are schooled at home or any other student residing in the City of Kawartha Lakes should contact the LEX for instructions on how to enter.
