Children's Dog Show

Location: GOAT / SHEEP BARN

12 noon - OBEDIENCE DEMONSTRATION

12 noon - REGISTRATION

12:30 p.m. - SHOWTIME

Committee:  Co-Coordinator - Mary Lowe; Phil Anderson, Betty Anderson, Aaron Lowe, Christina Dykstra

GENERAL RULES:

1.   ALL OWNERS MUST BRING DOG’S CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.  Dog will not be allowed to enter show if valid certificate is not provided.

2.   A veterinarian will be present to inspect all dogs for infectious diseases and parasites.

*Any dogs showing signs of any of illness will NOT BE ALLOWED to participate.

3.       Dogs showing signs of aggressive behavior will NOT BE ALLOWED to participate.  This will be at the discretion of the Show Officials.

4.       All dogs MUST be leashed or caged and UNDER COMPLETE control of the exhibitor.

5.       Only children (under 16 years of age) are eligible to participate.

6.       Each child may enter 2 classes and then everyone may enter the Best Handler Class.

PRIZES:

1.       Lindsay Central Exhibition – $10.00 to each participant

       – Award for 1st place winner in each class

       – Ribbons to all participants

2.       Lindsay Animal Clinic Professional Corporation – $5.00 to each participant

3.       Lodale Kennels – trophy for “Champion Handler”

4.       Local Sponsors – various prizes for the children and their dogs
